For best results with Sierra Performance™ enamels, start with Rust-Oleum Sierra Performance™ MetalMax® DTM Acrylic Enamel Primer. This water-based formula contains no VOCs, HAPs 1 or solvent odor and is ideal for settings where paint fumes are an issue.
