Get outstanding adhesion on difficult-to-paint surfaces—plus zero VOCs—with Rust-Oleum Sierra Performance™ Griptec™ Acrylic Primer. This water-based formula contains no VOCs, HAPs1 or solvent odor and is ideal for settings where paint fumes are an issue.
